Walk-In Closets in Coral Springs

Walk-In Closets designed, built and installed for Coral Springs — a master-planned city where the same original layouts repeat street after street. Our Fort Lauderdale showroom is about half an hour east.

What changes here

Walk-In Closets in Coral Springs, specifically.

A Broward closet is a humidity problem before it is a storage one. A closed room full of fabric, in a house that is air-conditioned in patches and sometimes empty for weeks, is exactly where damp and musty air settle. We ventilate the joinery and keep backs clear of exterior walls. The inventory is also different from a northern market — very little coat storage, a great deal of short-hanging, and shoes and bags dominating the plan.

These are family houses in daily use, so the specification leans practical: soft-close everywhere, drawers rather than doors in the base run, and surfaces that survive children rather than photograph well once.

Nearly every neighbourhood has an HOA. Interior work is generally unaffected; anything visible from the street or a shared space is worth confirming first.

Coral Springs is planned to an unusual degree, and the housing repeats — which means the same handful of original kitchen layouts appear across whole neighbourhoods. We have seen most of them, and the good moves are usually the same ones: take out the pass-through, take the cabinetry up, and make the island do real work.

How we build it

What you are actually buying.

The local detail changes from job to job. This part does not.

A closet is a storage problem with a fixed inventory: a specific number of long-hanging pieces, short-hanging pieces, folded items, shoes and bags. Designed against that inventory it works for years. Designed as an even grid of rails and shelves it is full within a season, which is why the first conversation is a count rather than a drawing.

Lit inside the joinery

Lighting sits in the shelving and behind the hanging rails, so what you are looking at is lit rather than shadowed by your own body.

Built to be used daily

Soft-close throughout, drawers rather than doors at low level, and hardware rated for the number of cycles a dressing room actually sees.

Planned against a real inventory

We start from what actually has to go in — long, short, folded, shoes, bags — rather than filling the room with equal shelves.

Where we work

Serving Coral Springs

We work throughout Coral Springs, including Eagle Trace, Heron Bay, Wyndham Lakes, Turtle Run and Ramblewood. The housing here is an almost entirely master-planned city of 1980s and 1990s family houses, most on their first or second renovation, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.

Our Fort Lauderdale showroom is about half an hour east. The showroom is at 617 East Sunrise Blvd. Come and see the materials in person, or send the drawings and we will price the job room by room.

Everything else we make in Coral Springs

The rest of the house.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
