Custom Kitchens designed, built and installed for Naples — a seasonal market where the best work happens in an empty house over the summer. Our Bonita Springs showroom is a short run north on Old 41.
Southwest Florida is a seasonal market, and that changes the whole programme rather than just the specification. Much of the work happens in an empty house over the summer, which is an advantage as long as the design is finished and approved before the owners leave. The Gulf coast is also as humid and as salty as the Atlantic side, with flood-zone construction rules on the water that affect how a ground floor is built and finished. Kitchens here are specified to sit closed through a hot, wet summer without complaint.
Naples is a seasonal market and that shapes the whole programme. A great deal of work is scheduled to happen while the house is empty over the summer, which is an advantage — but it means the specification has to be finished and approved before the owners leave, not while they are away.
Gulf-front properties take direct salt exposure and, in the flood zone, elevation requirements that affect how the ground floor is built and finished. Cabinetry there is specified with the flood construction rules in mind.
Old Naples lots are small and the streets are narrow, with mature landscaping right up to the kerb. Deliveries are planned small.
The local detail changes from job to job. This part does not.
A custom kitchen is not a better-made version of a stock one — it is a different process. The plan is drawn around how the room is actually used and what appliances are going in it, and the cabinetry is then made to that drawing. Nothing is sized to a catalogue module, which is why a custom kitchen fits a room that stock cabinetry can only approximate.
Every cutout, clearance and ventilation run comes from the appliance list, so we ask for it at the first meeting rather than at the end.
Cabinet widths follow the plan. There are no filler panels covering the difference between a catalogue size and the wall.
The grain match approved on a sample is the grain match delivered, because the same shop sprays every panel in the run.

We work throughout Naples, including Port Royal, Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, Pelican Bay and Grey Oaks. The housing here is Gulf-front estates, Old Naples cottages that are frequently rebuilt rather than renovated, and a deep stock of golf-community houses, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Bonita Springs showroom is a short run north on Old 41. The showroom is at 9201 Cockleshell Ct. Bring the plans, or send them over and we will itemise the cabinetry by room before you visit.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
