A cabinetry job is not one material. The door is a panel; the edge is a band; the moulding at the top of a tall run is a wrapped profile; the drawer box is something else again. When those come from different places in different batches, you see it — a slightly different white on the edge, a moulding that reads warmer than the door.
Specifying the components as deliberately as the panel is what stops that. Olon's programs exist to give the wrapped parts the same finish family as the flat parts.
