Custom Kitchens designed, built and installed for Plano — one generation of housing with the same rooms to solve in every house. Our Dallas showroom on Preston Road is a straight run south.
Texas kitchens are big, open and usually visible from a double-height living space, which changes the proportions that work. Cabinetry drawn to look right at arm's length reads as fussy from thirty feet away, so runs get simpler and taller and the detail moves into the materials. The climate matters too: heated winters and air-conditioned summers swing the indoor humidity a long way, so solid timber doors and panels are detailed to move rather than fixed rigid and left to crack.
Plano's housing is largely a single generation, which means a predictable set of original layouts: a two-storey entry, a formal dining room nobody uses, and a kitchen with a peninsula. The most valuable projects usually re-plan those rooms rather than re-face them.
These are big houses with a lot of cabinetry outside the kitchen — media walls, studies, mudrooms, upstairs game rooms. Pricing the whole package at once is both cheaper and more coherent than doing it room by room over years.
Most neighbourhoods have an HOA. Interior work is unaffected; exterior-visible work needs a look before it is drawn.
What follows applies to every custom kitchen we make, in Plano and everywhere else.
A custom kitchen is not a better-made version of a stock one — it is a different process. The plan is drawn around how the room is actually used and what appliances are going in it, and the cabinetry is then made to that drawing. Nothing is sized to a catalogue module, which is why a custom kitchen fits a room that stock cabinetry can only approximate.
Every cutout, clearance and ventilation run comes from the appliance list, so we ask for it at the first meeting rather than at the end.
Cabinet widths follow the plan. There are no filler panels covering the difference between a catalogue size and the wall.
The grain match approved on a sample is the grain match delivered, because the same shop sprays every panel in the run.

We work throughout Plano, including Willow Bend, Kings Ridge, Deerfield, Legacy West and Shoal Creek. The housing here is 1990s and 2000s family houses at scale, plus newer construction around the corporate corridor, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Dallas showroom on Preston Road is a straight run south. The showroom is at 17304 Preston Rd, Suite 800. The samples are worth handling before you choose — or send the drawings and we will price it first.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
