Commercial Cabinetry designed, built and installed for Plano — one generation of housing with the same rooms to solve in every house. Our Dallas showroom on Preston Road is a straight run south.
Texas commercial work tends to come at scale — larger footprints, multi-site operators, and fit-outs where the same joinery has to be reproduced across several locations. That is a kit-of-parts problem: draw it once properly, and the second site costs less than the first and looks like its sibling. Programme discipline matters because these projects are usually working backwards from a fixed opening date.
Plano's housing is largely a single generation, which means a predictable set of original layouts: a two-storey entry, a formal dining room nobody uses, and a kitchen with a peninsula. The most valuable projects usually re-plan those rooms rather than re-face them.
These are big houses with a lot of cabinetry outside the kitchen — media walls, studies, mudrooms, upstairs game rooms. Pricing the whole package at once is both cheaper and more coherent than doing it room by room over years.
Most neighbourhoods have an HOA. Interior work is unaffected; exterior-visible work needs a look before it is drawn.
What follows applies to every commercial cabinetry we make, in Plano and everywhere else.
Commercial joinery gets touched by hundreds of people a week and cleaned every night, so it is specified for wear first. We build reception desks, retail fixtures, office and hospitality joinery to commercial-grade finishes with edges detailed to survive trolleys, bags and chairs — and we work to a programme, because a fit-out has a trading date.
Finishes, edges and hardware chosen for daily abuse and nightly cleaning rather than for a domestic duty cycle.
Shop-fabricated, delivered flat where it helps, and installed in the window the site actually has — including overnight.
For a rollout, the joinery is drawn as a kit of parts so the second store costs less than the first and looks like its sibling.

We work throughout Plano, including Willow Bend, Kings Ridge, Deerfield, Legacy West and Shoal Creek. The housing here is 1990s and 2000s family houses at scale, plus newer construction around the corporate corridor, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Dallas showroom on Preston Road is a straight run south. The showroom is at 17304 Preston Rd, Suite 800. The samples are worth handling before you choose — or send the drawings and we will price it first.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
