Commercial Cabinetry designed, built and installed for Vaughan — large newer houses where the whole cabinetry package is upgraded at once. Our Toronto showroom is around thirty minutes south.
Ontario commercial fit-outs run against tight site windows, often overnight or between trading days, and frequently inside buildings with strict access rules. Shop-fabricating to the largest piece that will fit the freight lift, and detailing everything else to assemble on site, is what keeps an install inside its window. Finishes are specified for a commercial cleaning regime rather than a domestic one.
Vaughan is a newer-build market, so most cabinetry work is upgrading a builder specification rather than repairing an old one. The visible differences are in door construction, drawer hardware and how the tall run resolves at the ceiling.
The houses are large and the packages are correspondingly big — kitchen, servery, pantry, mudroom, basement bar and closets in one programme. Doing them together is both cheaper and more coherent.
The winter humidity drop is significant, and it is the single most common cause of panel movement in houses of this age when the timber was not detailed for it.
The local detail changes from job to job. This part does not.
Commercial joinery gets touched by hundreds of people a week and cleaned every night, so it is specified for wear first. We build reception desks, retail fixtures, office and hospitality joinery to commercial-grade finishes with edges detailed to survive trolleys, bags and chairs — and we work to a programme, because a fit-out has a trading date.
For a rollout, the joinery is drawn as a kit of parts so the second store costs less than the first and looks like its sibling.
Finishes, edges and hardware chosen for daily abuse and nightly cleaning rather than for a domestic duty cycle.
Shop-fabricated, delivered flat where it helps, and installed in the window the site actually has — including overnight.

We work throughout Vaughan, including Thornhill, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, Maple and Vellore Village. The housing here is large newer family houses at scale, plus estate lots in Kleinburg, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Toronto showroom is around thirty minutes south. The showroom is at 2967 Dundas Street West. Bring the plans, or send them over and we will itemise the cabinetry by room before you visit.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
