Closets in the Palm Beaches are frequently the largest single piece of joinery in the house, and in seasonal properties they hold two wardrobes rather than one — the clothes in use and the clothes waiting for the owners to come back. That argues for real out-of-season storage, ventilated joinery, and a plan built against an actual inventory rather than an even grid of rails.
Those houses are also rarely square. Scribe allowances are drawn in from the start, and tall runs are templated on site rather than trusted to the plan.
Downtown towers bring the usual high-rise logistics: certificates of insurance, booked service elevators, protected corridors and a delivery that has to fit a lift car.
El Cid and Flamingo Park are historic districts with real character in the interior joinery — arched openings, plaster returns, original tile. New cabinetry there is detailed to sit with what is already in the house rather than to override it.

A closet is a storage problem with a fixed inventory: a specific number of long-hanging pieces, short-hanging pieces, folded items, shoes and bags. Designed against that inventory it works for years. Designed as an even grid of rails and shelves it is full within a season, which is why the first conversation is a count rather than a drawing.
Lighting sits in the shelving and behind the hanging rails, so what you are looking at is lit rather than shadowed by your own body.
