Palm Beach has one of the strictest review environments in the state, and work on a landmarked property carries requirements ordinary renovation does not. Interior cabinetry is usually the straightforward part; anything touching an elevation is not, and should be confirmed before it is fabricated.
The island's houses are frequently seasonal, which changes the brief. Cabinetry that sits empty and closed through a humid summer needs ventilation designed into it, not added later.
Access is tight and the town is protective of its streets. Deliveries are scheduled small, early and short.
