Custom Kitchens designed, built and installed for Aventura — a high-rise city where the building's rules decide the schedule and the lift decides the sizes. Our Fort Lauderdale showroom is around twenty-five minutes north.
Broward kitchens sit in the densest and most varied housing stock in the state — a 1950s ranch, a 1980s planned-community house and a new beachfront tower can be within a mile of each other, and they need three different kitchens. What they share is the climate: humidity all year and, east of the Intracoastal, salt air. Moisture-stable cores are the baseline here rather than an upgrade. The other constant is that the kitchen almost always opens to the living space and out to a pool deck, so it is read as furniture from three directions.
Aventura is a condo city, and condo work is governed by the building. Certificates of insurance, approved contractor lists, booked service elevators, protected common areas, restricted work hours and often a no-work season around the holidays. We plan the install against those rules first and the calendar second.
Everything arrives by lift. Tall units and island tops are sized to the service-elevator car, and where a piece cannot fit it is built to assemble on site rather than delivered whole.
Concrete structure means no moving services casually. Plumbing and electrical relocations are limited by the slab, so the layout is designed around where things already are far more than in a house.
This is the constant. Wherever the job is, a custom kitchen from us is put together this way.
A custom kitchen is not a better-made version of a stock one — it is a different process. The plan is drawn around how the room is actually used and what appliances are going in it, and the cabinetry is then made to that drawing. Nothing is sized to a catalogue module, which is why a custom kitchen fits a room that stock cabinetry can only approximate.
Cabinet widths follow the plan. There are no filler panels covering the difference between a catalogue size and the wall.
The grain match approved on a sample is the grain match delivered, because the same shop sprays every panel in the run.
Every cutout, clearance and ventilation run comes from the appliance list, so we ask for it at the first meeting rather than at the end.

We work throughout Aventura, including Williams Island, Turnberry, Porto Vita, Hidden Bay and the Country Club Drive corridor. The housing here is almost entirely high-rise condominium — from 1980s towers being modernised to recent luxury buildings, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Fort Lauderdale showroom is around twenty-five minutes north. The showroom is at 617 East Sunrise Blvd. Visit when it suits, or start by sending the plans and we will come back with a number per room.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

You can also search every finish we specify and every appliance we design around.
One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
