Flat black shuts a room down. Not this one — the metal in the ground gives the eye something to catch when a pendant or a strip of under-cabinet lighting finds it, and ZENIT keeps the surface velvety and absorbent. Our use for it is a home bar, the base run beneath a pale worktop, or a games room where black is meant to disappear and the hardware is meant to show.
