Stainless shows fingerprints and water spotting more than a powder-coated finish does, and in direct unrelieved salt air it wants rinsing down as part of normal maintenance — it is not maintenance-free in that setting, and neither is any other metal. It is also metal, and it looks it. If you want warmth or a wood grain, look at the European construction instead.
