Bathroom Vanities designed, built and installed for Dallas — traditional Park Cities joinery and whole-house packages in Preston Hollow. Our Dallas showroom is on Preston Road, central to the northern half of the metroplex.
Texas primary bathrooms are generous, and the usual brief is a pair of separate vanities rather than one long run with two basins. That is a better answer for how the room is actually used, and it opens up the wall between them for a tower, a dressing station or seating. With the room this size, the vanity is furniture — it is seen from the door, from the tub and from the shower, so the ends and the back edges get the same attention as the front.
A lot of Preston Hollow work is new construction at scale, where the cabinetry package runs to a whole house — kitchen, pantry, bar, mudroom, laundry, closets and studies — and needs a single schedule rather than seven.
The Park Cities have a strong traditional architectural language — panelled, painted, in-frame — and cabinetry there is expected to read as joinery rather than as fitted furniture. That is a detailing decision that has to be made at the drawing stage.
Texas summers and heated winters produce a wide indoor humidity swing. Solid timber doors and panels are detailed to accommodate movement rather than resist it.
This is the constant. Wherever the job is, a bathroom vanitie from us is put together this way.
A vanity is the piece of cabinetry that takes the most abuse in a house — standing water, steam, heat from styling tools and daily opening — in the smallest space. It has to be built for that and still look like furniture, which is a materials decision as much as a design one.
Drawers are notched around the trap so the space under the basin is usable rather than nominally there.
Moisture-stable cores, sealed edges and a finish specified for steam rather than for a dry room.
Floating the vanity keeps the floor continuous and makes a small bathroom read larger, and it puts the plumbing where it can be reached.

We work throughout Dallas, including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Lakewood and Bluffview. The housing here is Park Cities traditional houses, mid-century homes in Lakewood, and large new builds in Preston Hollow, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Dallas showroom is at 17304 Preston Rd, Suite 800. Bring the plans, or send them over and we will itemise the cabinetry by room before you visit.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
