Outdoor Kitchens designed, built and installed for Pacific Palisades — canyon and bluff access deciding what can physically be delivered. Our Los Angeles showroom downtown serves the Palisades; site visits are scheduled as half-days.
California's outdoor kitchens are the most fully used of anywhere we build, because the season barely ends — which means they get specified as real kitchens with real appliances rather than as a grill in a counter. Coastal sites take marine air, inland sites take hard sun, and both take a construction that was made for outdoors. In parts of the state, fire-zone requirements affect what can be built outside, so those need confirming before anything is specified.
Canyon and bluff lots make access the first question, not the last. Long driveways, tight turns and steep approaches all decide what size a delivered unit can be, and that gets settled before the cabinetry is engineered.
Ocean exposure on the bluffs is real. Salt and marine damp argue for finishes and hardware chosen for the environment, particularly in anything opening to a terrace.
Fire-zone regulations affect exterior construction in parts of the area, so outdoor cabinetry and structures need their requirements confirmed before specification.
The local detail changes from job to job. This part does not.
Outdoor cabinetry is a materials problem before it is a design one. Sun, rain, humidity and — near any coast — salt will destroy an indoor cabinet finished for an indoor life. We build outdoor kitchens in marine-grade aluminium with 304 stainless hardware, sealed doors and drawers, and integrated drainage, because that is what survives.
Twice as thick as most stainless cabinetry on the market and lighter, which also makes it easier to deliver and install.
Door slides, hinges, pulls and levelling legs are all outdoor grade, because the hardware fails long before the box does.
Doors and drawers are sealed with integrated drainage, so water that gets in has somewhere to go.

We work throughout Pacific Palisades, including the Riviera, Huntington Palisades, Castellammare and the Alphabet Streets. The housing here is traditional and Mediterranean houses on canyon and bluff lots, with a steady flow of contemporary rebuilds, and the cabinetry is specified for it rather than to a national standard.
Our Los Angeles showroom downtown serves the Palisades; site visits are scheduled as half-days. The showroom is at 506 S Spring St. Come and see the materials in person, or send the drawings and we will price the job room by room.
Every project is photographed room by room with the materials and the detailing listed, so you can see how a job like this is actually put together before you commit to one.

You can also search every finish we specify and every appliance we design around.
One shop draws, finishes and installs all of it, which is why the closet matches the kitchen and there is one number to call when something needs adjusting.
