See commercial cabinetry in Newport BeachWe work throughout Newport Beach, including Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, Lido Isle and Harbor Island. The housing here is harbour-front houses on small island lots, larger estates in Newport Coast, and a dense stock of 1970s and 1980s homes being rebuilt.
Balboa and Lido lots are famously small, with houses built to the line and streets barely wide enough for a delivery truck. Cabinetry is sized to be walked in, and installs are sequenced tightly because there is nowhere to stage material.
This is a boating and waterfront market, so salt exposure is constant and outdoor living is used year round. Aluminium rather than stainless is the right answer for exterior cabinetry here.
Coastal building rules apply near the water, and anything affecting an exterior should have its approvals confirmed before it is fabricated.
