Tafisa Textures Explained

Twelve textures across three series. The decor is the picture; the texture is what your hand meets — and on Tafisa it is also part of the code, so getting it right on paper is what gets the right panel on site.

Iconiq

Sommet

Oak-inspired and matte, embossed in register on both faces — the grain you see continues into the surface you feel.

High Gloss texture on a Tafisa panel — close-up of the surface

High Gloss

LUMMIA

LUMMIA lacquer at 90+ gloss units. Mirror-grade, and it behaves like one.

Reading the code

A Tafisa code carries its texture. L opens a Prélude code, M a Sommet one, T the matched HPL. The letter in brackets is the texture: (K) Karisma, (M) Materia, (A) Alto, (I) Isola, (R) Urbania, (S) Smoothwood, (C) Crystalite, (Q) Iconiq, (Y) Viva, (B) Brava. On HPL the same textures read (KA), (MA), (AT), (IS), (UR), (SN), (CR), (QI), (VA) and (BV). LUMMIA needs no letter — PM is Perfect Matt, HG is High Gloss, and the lacquer is the finish.
