Nogal Rosales 04 breaks the pattern of its range. Instead of fine, even figure it goes for big looping cathedrals drawn from American walnut, in a caramel light enough to keep a room open. Traditional in structure, contemporary in tone, it reads either way depending on the door profile it gets cut into, and the synchronized texture makes the case close up. Dining-room built-ins and a long row of drawer fronts show it best.
