Pearl Effect collection
Black that refuses to become a void — particles under gloss lacquer give it a shifting, faintly starlit surface.
Colours shown on screen are approximations and vary with your display. Final selection is confirmed against a physical sample.
High-gloss black is the most demanding finish in a house and the least forgiving of a poor install. What Pearl Effect does is break up the reflection: instead of one uninterrupted black mirror, the flecks scatter light and give the eye somewhere to land. We reserve it for short, controlled runs — a bar back, a media wall, a single island in an otherwise pale room — where the drama is deliberate and the sightlines stay tight.
Two choices, not one. The design is what the surface looks like. The technology is how it is made and how it behaves — gloss, matt, supermatt, anti-fingerprint. Most designs run in several technologies, and choosing the right look with the wrong surface is the most common Alvic mistake we see. Pick the look, then pick the surface. Compare the surfaces
